The birthday boy is a massive foodie! He spends a great deal of time thinking food, buying food and cooking. He loves MasterChef on telly and has visited Michelin Star restaurants. Therefore, nothing but the very best would do for him.
I didn't need to worry. Colette's cooking was spectacular, every course was amazing. Colette did vegan options for myself and my partner. “Colette & Co Catering gave us a wedding day that we thought we could never afford. Our buffet was truly incredible. We had a beautiful spread both hot and cold and every dish was fantastic from hot roast pork with crackling, apple sauce and stuffing to salmon en croute also served hot to giant platter of roast beef served rare, medium, and well. The vegan options were amazing as well as stunning pies which everyone loved as Colette took the trouble to make homemade chutneys and piccalillis which we also gave in small personally labelled jars as our wedding favours. There were so many guests that said that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Colette organised everything for us from an early stage so I had a completely stress free lead up and wedding day. Priceless!
